All Bench-Type  Paint Spray Booths adhere to the Uniform Fire Code and the National Electrical Code.  Always check local fire and electrical codes for special conditions that may prevail in your area.

Incandescent Light Fixtures as listed are U.L. and C-U.L. Approved and 4’-long, 4 tube, adhering to Hazardous Areas Class 1 Division 2 from the National Electrical Code.

Vapor-Tight (V.T.) Fluorescent fixtures as listed are U.L. and C-U.L. approved, 4’ long, 4 tubes, Adhering to Hazardous Area Class 1, Division 2 from the National Electrical Code.

All Light Fixtures are placed on the outside of 1/4” Clear Tempered Glass,  gasketed and locked in place in the working delth of the booth.

Fan Motors Are 3-phase 208/230/460 volt, 60 Hz.

Light Fixtures are 120 volt.

Solenoid Valve is single phase.  Voltage must be started (110/220 etc.).

Fan Outlet: Top is standard.  Back or side outlet can be supplied but position must be requested.

Panels are skidded and banded for forklift handling.

Fans, Motors, Filters, Etc., are packaged but loose.

Construction Features:

18-gauge galvanized steel panels.
Bolt construction,  Inside of booth is smooth.
Filter cells are 20”X20”X3”.
Light windows contain 1/4” Clear tempered glass.
Fans are belt driven, with enclosed belt guards.
Blades are rigid-type, spark-resistant and di-electric.
Spray booth panels rest on heavy duty 14 gauge, galvanized floor angles.
Face velocity exceeds code requirements or 100 F.P.M.
